A business submits a request
The business describes its problem in plain language — what's wrong today and what 'done' would look like. No technical wording required.

Our team scopes the project
This is the part that makes TechConnex different. We turn the raw request into a clear project post: a title, a scoped description, concrete deliverables, required skills, a budget range, a timeline, and a difficulty level.

The project opens to students
Once scoped and published, the project appears in the marketplace where screened students can read the details and apply.

Students apply with a short pitch
Each applicant explains why they fit, shares relevant experience, and estimates a timeline. Admins review every application.

We match a student to the project
We shortlist strong candidates and select one student. The project moves into 'In Progress'.

We track status to completion
Project status and payment status are tracked through the process. When work is done, both sides can leave a review.
